Prawn Cutlets

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add chilli, turmeric powder and the prawns. Cook till water from the prawns completely dries up. Cool. Grind / mince the above in a food processor. Add mashed potatoes, 5 spice powder, coriander leaves. Divide the mixture into small 1 inch round balls. Beat eggs. Flatten each ball with your hands, dip in the eggs, then in the bread crumbs and deep fry till brown. Serve hot.
