Boil the peeled potatoes for 25-30mins, drain and mash them, while they are hot, add the cheese, flour eggs and seasoning, mix well and knead to make a consistent paste. Take a walnut sized piece and roll them into finger shapes, arrange them on a tray sprinkled with flour. Heat the oil in the frying pan and cook until golden brown, remove them onto kitchen paper to absorb any excess fat

Sorry but this recipe was a big fail for me. After following everything I was left with an unworkable gloop of eggy, cheesy potato that ended up in the bin.
