Season the fillets with pepper and salt, lay the smoked salmon on top and roll them up. Use a toothpick to hold it together. Heat the oil, put in the fillet rolls and finely chopped shalot an let simmer for 10 minutes. Turn regularly. Put the fish rolls on a warm plate. Add the garlic into the pan and the salicornia and shuffle for 2 minutes. Add the shrimps, the sour cream and the white wine, so you have a nice smooth sauce
