Coconut Hara Murg Tikka

Marinate chicken in mint paste for 1 hr. In a separate bowl cook onions in a few drops of oil on high for 4 minutes. Remove half the onions and add to one portion of coconut and make a paste. In a separate bowl, add remaining onions and chicken, cook on high for 3 minutes. Add second portion of coconut and cook for another 3 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and cook on power 60 for 12 minutes.
Introduction
A less spicy and yummy variation to the chicken tikka, cooked in a jiffy in the microwave.

- 1 pound chicken (boneless, cut into pieces)
- ½ grated coconut (divided into portions)
- 2 chopped onions
- mint
- ¼ teaspoon garam masala
- 1 tablespoon oil
- salt (to taste)
- cilantro
- green chilli paste
