Tiramisu Sundae

Place cookies in a dish and soak. Turn over once so both sides are evenly soaked. Place a scoop of ice cream in a sundae glass. Top with soaked cookies and whipped cream. Follow with 2 more scoops of ice-cream. Add another layer of cookies and whipped cream. Garnish with a sprinkling of cocoa pd and chopped walnuts.

For the Tiramisu Sundae
- 6 scoops coffee ice cream
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 6 butter cookies
For the Syrup
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon coffee
- 1 tablespoon brandy (or Kahlua)
