Preheat oven 180-200 degrees Place the Cheese in a oven proof dish. Pour olive oil over cheese. Sprinkle oregano over cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 20-30 min. Until soft.

A Greek friend of mine introduced me to this recipe. It is simple and so nice. Just serve with crusty bread or baguette.

I add a spoonful of napolitan sauce under the feta, some finely sliced onion and green pepper on top with a dusting of paprika and finish off with slices of tomato and oregano, delicious.
