Take an oven proof dish and lightly grease it with a little butter Place the leftover cauli and broccoli in the dish Take a small milk pan and pour in 3/4 of the required milk and mix. Cook as per pack instructions When ready stir in the cheddar, and pour over the cauli and broccoli and ensure that it is all covered Sprinkle over the remaining cheese and bake until golden (approx 15 - 20 mins)
Introduction
I use this recipe to liven up left over cauliflower and broccoli. It is quick and easy.

- milk (to make up the bread sauce mix)
- 1 butter (for greasing)
- 4 ounces mature cheddar
