Preheat the oven to 200°c. Using a 6.5cm scone cutter, cut rounds of pastry. Divide onion and the filling between a patty pan tin. Combine the eggs, milk and seasonings. Beat well with a fork. Pour the egg mixture into the quiches. Put in herbs and press into the egg. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom.
