Honey, Soy and Garlic King Prawn Stir Fry

Marinade the prawns in the crushed garlic and honey and soy for min of 30 mins but preferably overnight in fridge. In a wok add tbsp sesame/groundnut oil/sunflower oil to heat up. Throw in the veg fry for 5-10 mins until soft, add the prawns for a min or 2 to heat up then add the noodles and fry for further couple of mins. et voila!

A friend made this for us and it was so moreish and really easy I had to share it. The quantities are up to you, add more veg if you want to too!

Delicious! I just made this - didn't have time to marinate the prawns so they were in the sauce for only a few minutes before cooking but still tasted amazing. Thanks for the recipe!
