Easy peasy- just chuck the minced beef, egg and oats in a bowl. Add a good dash of Worcester sauce and a good sprinkling of the herbs. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and, using your hands, squish it all together until combined. Line a loaf tin with foil and pour in the mixture. Pat down. Cook in the oven at gas mark 5 for around 45 mins (test with a skewer to see when done). Around 5-10 minutes before it's done, I like to add a drizzle of tomato sauce or barbecue sauce on top- this will go lovely and sticky on top!
