Cook the spaghetti or linguini in a lot of water as normal (always salt the water when it boils). Meanwhile in a large pan fry in the oil the garlic then take the garlic out and add the tuna fish, but pay attention it may spill so cover with the lid. After a few seconds turn off the heat, don't open until it cools off. In a small pan brown the breadcrumbs. When the pasta is ready, strain the spaghetti, turn on the heat under the tuna fish pan and put the spaghetti into the pan. stir, add the lemon juice and the parsley. than turn off the heat an add all the breadcrumbs, stir and serve hot. If you like I usually add at the end some fresh hot pepper finely chopped to colour and exalt the flavour.
