My friends enjoy this east-west pasta. It uses readily prepared blackpepper stirfry sauce (comes in packets or bottles) available at supermarkets. Add less sauce and more stock if you prefer it to be less spicy. Seafood can be substituted with beef and fresh greens.

  • 8 scallops (fresh)
  • 8 prawns (mid sized and shelled)
  • 1 cuttlefish (sliced)
  • olive oil
  • garlic
  • 1 packet black pepper
  • stir fry sauce
  • spaghetti (or pasta of your choice)
