Apple Scone Pie or Simple Apple Pie
A community recipe by VishinkaNot tested or verified by Nigella.com
Introduction
This apple pie has a tender pastry and a sweet, moist apple filling. It can be served hot, warm or cold. It can be served for breakfast, as a mid-day snack, or as dinner dessert. Surely, it will take you some time to prepare the dough, but it's worth the effort. What I liked the most -it smelled particularly wonderful while baking.
