  • 375 millilitres flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 150 grams caster sugar
  • 55 grams butter (melted)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 bananas (ripe)
  • 125 millilitres sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • 30 grams peanuts
  • 13 fluid ounces flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 5⅓ ounces superfine sugar
  • 1⅞ ounces butter (melted)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 bananas (ripe)
  • 4 fluid ounces sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • 1 ounces peanuts

  • In another large bowl mix wet ingredients.
  • Incorporate wet ingredients onto dry ingredient. Mix thoroughly.
