  • 200 grams crab (tinned)
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper
  • 80 grams plain flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 120 millilitres milk
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 7 ounces crab (tinned)
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon red bell pepper
  • 2⅚ ounces all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 fluid ounces milk
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
