Ingredients

Serves: 8-10

Metric Cups
  • 150 grams Greek yoghurt
  • 1 can chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
  • 450 grams tahini
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2½ teaspoons water (salted)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint
  • 4 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 5 ounces Greek yoghurt
  • 1 can garbanzo beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 16 ounces tahini
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2½ teaspoons water (salted)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint
  • 4 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • I'd love to know whether anyone has dared to make this recipe, which is double tahini to chick peas, given that drained weight of 400g tin of chickpeas is around 250g. I would imagine it's delicious with the full-fat Greek yoghurt, but more of a kind of tahini soup!
