Place all the ingredients into a large saucepan & pour over 350ml cold water, then bring to the boil stirring often. Leave to cool, once cool pour it through a sieve and press down with the back of a spoon to get all the juice out. This syrup can be stored in the fridge for a week. To serve pour a little into a glass or jug & top up with sparkling or still water & ice according to taste.
