Preheat oven to gas mark 6. Boil potatoes for 15-20mins until cooked. Drain, cut in half and place in roasting pan. Add crushed garlic clove. Add tomatoes, basil and olives. Place the fish on top of the potatoes/tomatoes. Halve the lemon and squeeze over the fish. S prinkle over the olive oil; top with freshly ground pepper. Cover with foil and bake for approx 25 mins.
