  • Mix breadcrumbs and lemon pepper together and smooth out mixture onto a plate.
  • Beat eggs into a bowl and dip chicken breasts in, thoroughly coating them. Place egg-coated chicken breasts onto the plate of breadcrumbs and lemon pepper and roll them in the mixture, again thoroughly coating them.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan, shallow fry chicken breasts until they are evenly cooked, turning.
  • While chicken is cooking, turn the oven onto grill. Slice your burger buns in half, spread soft butter, olive oil or margarine on, then put slices of cheddar cheese on top (or bottom) halves. Put them under the grill until the cheese has melted.
  • Remove cooked chicken from pan and put onto paper towels to soak up excess oils/fats. Quickly clean pan to reuse it and then fry your bacon in a little more olive oil. Remove once cooked, again putting onto paper towels if desired.
  • Slice up your salad ingredients and take your buns out of the oven, onto serving plates.
  • Arrange your salad, chicken and bacon in your desired way between the burger buns, remembering to add in the garlic aioli as the dressing. Enjoy!
