Pineapple Cake

Preheat oven to 180C (350F). Butter cake mould and sprinkle with sugar. Put pineapple slices at the bottom of the mould. Beat all egg yolks (8) with sugar until very pale. Add heavy cream. Mix flour with baking powder and add to egg yolk mixture. Finally, beat egg whites in firm peaks and add to previous mixture. Pour batter on top of pineapple slices. Cook in the oven for about 45 minutes.
Introduction
This cake is really moist and delicious. Perfect for tea time.

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 can sliced pineapple
