Bring chicken broth to a boil. In a small bowl, whisk egg with pepper, nutmeg and cheese. Lower heat of chicken broth to a simmer and add egg mixture mixing with a fork. Egg will cook almost immediately. Before serving add pasta and a little chopped parsley.
