Put all the dry ingredients into a large bowl. Pour in the water and sunflower oil. Use a roundbladed knife to mix it to a soft dough. Add more water if dry. Knead for 8 mins until smooth and elastic. Oil a large bowl cover with clingfilm and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1.5 hours. Grease a 900g loaf tin measuring 20x10.5cm and 6cm deep. Take out risen dough knead 3 to 4 times then place the dough in to the loaf tin. Clingfilm the tin and leave to rise for 30 mins. Heat the oven at 230ºc sprinkle flour on top of loaf and then put in oven for 10 mins. Then reduce oven temp to 200ºc and then bake for 30-40 mins. Get the loaf out of the tin then turn it over and tap the bottom it should sound hollow. If not place upside down for few more mins. Cool on a wire rack.
