Ingredients

Metric Cups
  • ½ kilogram chicken (cut into pieces)
  • 5 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons tom yam paste
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • garlic
  • fresh ginger
  • 2 sticks lemongrass (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 medium egg
  • makrut lime leaves
  • cornflour
  • 1⅛ pounds chicken (cut into pieces)
  • 5 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons asian sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons tom yam paste
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • garlic
  • fresh gingerroot
  • 2 sticks lemongrass (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 medium egg
  • makrut lime leaves
  • cornstarch

  • marinate chicken with sesame oil,oyster sauce,1 egg,pepper n corn flour then deep fried the chicken.
  • saute onion,garlic n ginger lemongrass then add tomyam paste,oyster sauce and 1/4 water.add chicken,honey,mayo n kaffir leaves..ready to serve
