A really quick and easy way to make a healthy tuna sandwich is to use homous as a binder for the tuna rather than mayonnaise. And it is absolutely yummy! Plain homous mixed with olive oil works best. You will usually find that the homous contains garlic and lemon juice as well, which both go deliciously well with tuna. Give it a go!
