Full question
Can I freeze the raw Cheese Star Dough? Or can I freeze the Cheese Stars after baking them? Many thanks.
Our answer
Nigella's Cheese Stars are small, savoury, cheese-flavoured biscuits that are perfect with cocktails and can be served warm or cold. The dough can be frozen before baking and the baked stars can also be frozen. To freeze the unbaked dough we suggest that you roll out the dough and cut the stars out, putting them on baking sheets lined with baking parchment. Freeze the unbaked stars until solid then transfer them to a resealable bag or airtight container and freeze for up to 3 months. Bake the stars direct from frozen following the instructions in the recipe. The stars are quite small so the baking time is likely to be the same.
The baked stars will keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. To freeze the baked stars let them cool completely then transfer them to an airtight container and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw the stars on a wire rack at room temperature for about an hour.

Re: freezing cheese stars, I successfully reheated baked biscuits straight from frozen, they took very little time and tasted fine.
