Ingredients
Serves: Four people with a great appetite
- 500 grams feta cheese
- 200 grams butter
- 100 grams blue cheese
- 1 handful walnuts
- 1 clove garlic (pressed)
- 1 handful olives
- 50 grams sundried tomatoes (in oil)
- 1 handful cheese (such as Gouda - grated)
- 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese
- 18 ounces feta cheese
- 7 ounces butter
- 4 ounces blue cheese
- 1 handful walnuts
- 1 clove garlic (pressed)
- 1 handful olives
- 2 ounces sundried tomatoes (in oil)
- 1 handful cheese (such as Gouda - grated)
- 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese
Method
Three Cheese Tortas is a community recipe submitted by belgrade and has not been tested by Nigella.com so we are not able to answer questions regarding this recipe.
- Mix together feta cheese and butter(room temperature).
- Divide into 3 bowls.
- In the first add blue cheese and crushed almonds.
- In the second sliced olives and tomatoes.
- In the third garlic and gauda.
- Choose 3 molds into which you will put the cheese mass. Line them with stretch foil or a plastic bag, and pour the cheese.
- Leave in the refrigerator for couple of hours.
- Turn over, remove foil and decorate with walnuts, olives, grated cheese, roses made of ham...
