Our answer

Nigella's Soft White Dinner Rolls (from FEAST) are home-made small bread rolls. They are best on the day they are made but leftovers can be frozen, if possible on the same day that they are made.

Once the rolls are completely cold put them in resealable bags (or airtight containers if they are likely to be crushed in your freezer) and freeze for up to 1 month. As the rolls are small they are more vulnerable to freezer burn. To thaw the rolls, remove them from the freezer and put on a plate. Leave at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours and serve as soon as possible after they have thawed. You can warm the rolls in a low (130-150c/250-300F) oven for 5 minutes or they can be split and toasted instead.
