Our answer

Nigella's Almond And Orange Blossom Cake (from HOW TO EAT) is a light, moist cake that can be made in gluten-free form. The cake is flavoured with almonds and perfumed with orange blossom water. 2 tablespoons is the correct amount of orange blossom water.

It may sound quite a lot but orange blossom water is not that assertive and it also is matched by the almond extract (which itself can be quite strong). However, strengths can vary and orange blossom water does become less strong over time, so if yours is particularly strong then you can reduce the quantity slightly to suit your own preferences, though we suspect you will still need at least 2-3 teaspoons.
