Oven Used by Nigella

Dear Nigella Team, My mum is thinking about re-doing her kitchen and needs a new oven. She is thinking about built in oven's so she doesn't have to bend down. We've noticed that you use built in ovens on your programs. Could you tell us what make you use and what size? She wants to be able to fit a large turkey in there for Christmas and so far we have encountered problems with various models being too small. Could you help us out?? Many thanks Amy

Nigella's built in ovens are made by a US company called Viking who make professional style cooking equipment for the home. They come in 27-inch and 30-inch widths but both are pretty cavernous. The built in versions are usually electric and come with a convection function. For models and UK distributors of the equipment go to the Viking website:
