For 8 servings what size of ramekin is used for the Glitzy Chocolate Puddings? Also are they served in the ramekin or removed? If removed should they be greased and dusted with cocoa powder?

Nigella's Glitzy Chocolate Puddings (from NIGELLA EXPRESS) are individual chocolate sponge puddings that have "glitz" from the added crushed honeycomb. The ramekins should have an approximate capacity of 200ml (just over ¾ cup or about 7 ounces). If you only have smaller ramekins then fill them no more than ½ full with the batter, to make sure that it doesn't overflow during baking.
The sponges are served in the ramekins with the sauce spooned over the top and decorated with the crushed honeycomb. So it is not necessary to grease or line the ramekins.
