Our answer

Nigella's Marmalade Pudding Cake (from KITCHEN) has an orange marmalade sponge that is doused with a marmalade glaze. The cake contains the zest of an orange plus some juice, with the remaining juice being used for the glaze.

A medium to medium-large orange contains around 80-100ml (1/3 cup to 7 tablespoons) of juice. We would suggest setting aside 40ml (3 tablespoons) of juice to use in the sponge batter and putting the remainder in a saucepan with 75g (1/4 cup) of the marmalade to make the sauce.
