This is a family favourite, they are a classsic in the town of (La Calera, in Bogotá, Colombia) where my father lives. Whenever I have some spare egg whites it's a must to make a batch of these. I even dedicated them an illustrated recipe to depict how delicious they are. I call them "The Selfich Pavlovas" instead.
