I make Nigella's Guinness cake all the time. It is so, so good! The cake is delicious, and the frosting is absolutely ah-may-zing. I quite often make cupcakes from the batter, rather than one large cake. If you do decide to make cupcakes instead then you'll get 24 from the recipe, and they'll require 25 minutes baking time. The frosting quantity will probably not quite cover all 24 cupcakes though, it depends how much you top each cupcake with, I can typically pipe 20 cupcakes before I run out. Happy St. Patrick's Day!
