What a happy accident! Either my poor measuring skills or inability to set an oven timer correctly are responsible for this oozing gooey mishap but you'll hear no apologies from me. If it weren't for my lax attention span I wouldn't have had warm bonus caramal sauce to go with my brilliant pie. I can't imagine it could've been better if I'd actually done it right!
