I made this delicious cake several weeks ago for a family punting day out with my siblings and their spouses...I used a heart shape cutter so I could pack and transport it more easily...I wasn’t expecting to be entering the pic in a competition but hey, it is what it is and it was absolutely sublime! (we even shared a heart with a swimmer in the Thames who was training for her triathlon! She loved it too)
