This tart's name suits it very well as, it is, indeed, an absolute No-Fuss Fruit Tart! I've followed Nigella's recipe and, as always, the final result is a joy for any proud cook or housewife! For the base, I've used Hobnobs biscuits instead of the plain Digestive biscuits. For the filling, I've used homemade Lemon Curd, following the "Simply Nigella" Lemon Curd recipe. For the topping, I've used Raspberries, small Strawberries, Blueberries, Pomegranate Seeds and a scatter of slivered green Pistachios for crunch. All the family adored this tart and it was a huge success here at home. Absolutely scrumptious!
