I did a dessert table for a baby shower at the Langham in Pasadena. Served homemade fruit tartlets, mini lavender blueberry bundt cakes, brownie bites with salted caramel and crunch chocolate garnis and more. At the request of the mama, the “No Fuss” Fruit Tartlets were made with a chocolate & vanilla whipped pudding filling (which is just as quick, maybe even quicker than the cream cheese lemon curd filling) & topped with a raspberry, mandarin orange, a coconut chip & a mint leaf.
