I had to move house on Jan 5th...still needed a bit of baking therapy. I made Clemintine Cake for dessert when a friend came to help pack kitchen boxes!!! The sides got a bit too brown, so I trimmed them a bit, added some cream cheese mixed with sugar & clementine zest, frosted the sides and pressed on some flaked almonds. Happy accident! I was pulling out all my little baking decs, and added the snowflakes as well. It was delicious!
