This lovely Guinness recipe was made in double deliciousness, shared in three layers. The first layer was grounded with white chocolate mousse and caramelised Brazil nuts. On the second layer, dried figs soaked in Guinness and tipsy crunchy nuts danced over their fun ground, while the top layer was freely adorned with blue chocolate ganache. All safely sheltered under a white chocolate floating roof.
