I followed this recipe pretty closely, as this was my first time making it! My husband and I both love Guinness so I made this for an Irish Feast to mark St. Patrick’s Day. Normally he raises an eyebrow when I use “the good stuff” in a recipe, so when he said, “This was worth the Guinness,” I knew I cracked it.
