This is my first time in this cook along, and these little beauties turned out amazing! I didn't have orange at hand So I added a big pinch of Saffron into the milk while infusing, which gave me a beautiful bright yellow hue for the buns. For Dryfruits I Added Golden Raisins. I added some more saffron into sugar glaze while finishing, and topped with some mixed nuts powder for a subtle crunch. Lovely recipe! this will be definitely in my repertoire!!
