Easter Sunday morning tea with my Hot Cross Bun. The bake began by ‘proving’ stressful because my dough did not double in size overnight. My next option - divide and conquer. The little ones became bigger ones in time and they were ready for baking at morning tea, not breakfast as planned. All my kids had faith, “they look amazing Mum!”.
