Another amazing Nigella’s recipe! Cardamom is my favorite spice... the Queen of Spices.… and when I saw the ingredients, I told myself that I have to make it...and made it…3 times :) …I couldn’t treat all my colleagues and friends just from one cake. The cake is so delicious…fluffy, moist and flavored …so, the recipe is perfect that I did not change anything in it. I brushed top of the cake with homemade rose petal jam and added chopped pistachios (I love the colors on the top). I served it with some extra rose petal syrup/jam…hmmm… The subtle oriental flavors of cardamom and rose water make you think of a trip to exotic lands…
