My entry is Rose and Pepper Pavlova with strawberries and passionfruit This pavlova recipe is something I never would thought of, pepper and rosewater two very exotic ingredients to add to a pavlova and the strawberries macerated in passionfruit juice just dance on tongue. I found the pavlova very easy to make and I was very pleased with the result and the family just loved it. I will never buy pavlova again. Thank You Nigella.
