32 Ghoul cookies, royal iced outline of each biscuit and flood iced, making features with sugar coated chocolate beans and chocolate chips for mouths. Cobwebs made from spun sugar, and waved background created with white tablecloth. This is a fool proof recipe that I use every Hallowe’en to make haunting rewards for our trick or treaters! (So much nicer, and thoughtful, than a bag of, almost in-edible, chewy sweets!)
