Perfect birthday cake. Living abroad, I had to use some alternative ingredients, therefore I used plain Greek yogurt in the cake and coffee flavour Greek yogurt in the icing together with honey. I left the decoration as simple as possible as the cake speaks for itself and needs no presentation. Needless to say it was delicious
