I love Nigella's recipes! This was so easy to follow and I can't believe how well they turned out! I added the 'I love U' for my 9 year old daughter for Valentines day as a lunchbox surprise and then made a second batch to take into work. Lovely and crumbly although I doubled up the custard powder in the filling. I've not met anyone yet who hasn't liked them! Not bad for my first ever competition entry. It's definitely spurred me on to bake more.
