I love figs and passion fruit. But never know how to incorporate them into a meal so they’re often left to go rotten in the fridge on the rare occasion I buy them. This was the perfect opportunity to use them up! Served alongside some foraged blackberries and some strawberries and raspberries hand-picked by my little ones. I also popped it in the freezer for 10 mins prior to serving to firm up the filling even more which worked a treat. The tangy lemon and fresh fruits were ideal for a lazy, hot sunny Sunday and were enjoyed by children, adults, the neighbours, the neighbours’ neighbours. The loveliest accompaniment to a glass of bubbles. Perfect alternative to baking on a hot day!
