This was a pleasure to cook- though it did end up with some modifications due to my pantry not being quite as stocked as I thought- almonds replaced pecans, and a last minute sub of spreadable cream cheese for a block of the real thing. I went for it with the water bath and was quite pleased with myself how it turned out. Everyone enjoyed the result and I think this just made my Christmas dinner menu!
