This is my entry to Nigella’s bake along. Its a certain type of prestige to be known by one name. To be of such stature that you can drop the rest of your name. Usually an act reserved for divas of the musical world. Beyonce, Madonna, Britney… Nigella, is as much of an icon, and equally as glamourous. Maybe her next cookbook could be “it’s nigella, bitch” I tried to make my cheesecake with as much sex appeal as one can muster in a pudding. Glazed in lashings of maple syrup for that sexy reflective top. Delicious, just like goddess Queen Nigella herself.
